Inspiration & Story

Veritas Stellare belongs to The Heirloom Vault, our solid gold and diamond work.

Veritas is truth. Stellare is of the stars. The moon is the one who watches over you. Stars are the ones you steer by.

These are the same star that swings from the tip of our Veritas Lunare moon. Here there are two, and they hang from the post rather than sitting flush, so they move with you all day and catch light from below the lobe rather than flat against it.

Each star is sculpted with eight defined points and filed sharp by hand after casting, which is fussy work at this scale and is the only reason they read as stars rather than as small gold blobs.

They wear genuine cognac diamonds, warm brown and lit from inside. At this size that choice does real work: a tiny cold stone can vanish against yellow gold, while a warm one glows with it instead of fighting it.

They come from our Curiosity Cabinet collection, the witchy, celestial world of moons, folklore and small strange objects. In solid gold they belong to the Vault, completing a 14K gold celestial set with the Domina Lunae ring and the Veritas Lunare pendant.

Crafted using in-house digital and traditional techniques: 3D designing, 3D printing, casting, benchworking, filing, stone setting and hand finishing.

Every point of every star was filed and finished by hand, so the shape stays sharp instead of softening the way cast stars usually do.
