Terms and conditions & warranty: 


We hope you are completely satisfied with anything you purchases at Wolfstone. Nevertheless, it can happen that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens. In some cases you have the right to claim warranty, see the list below each product what kind of warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty period, we will repair, replace the product free of charge. If repair or replacement is no option, you will receive a full refund.
At the basic range of jewelry and accessories there is a warranty of 6 months on production defaults. For resin jewelry this is 3 months for the decolorisation of the (biological) containtments and 6 months on production defaults. Some products have extended warranty, up to a year.


Although Wolfstone always tries to give you the best possible service, it may happen that you are not satisfied with a product, delivery or anything else. Please get in touch by using the question form or contact us by mail, direct messages on Instagram or phone. Complaints are answered within two (working) days.

Order Confirmation:

When you have placed an order, you will always receive a confirmation by mail. In this confirmation you will find all information about your order. You will be informed by email of future statuses such as "paid" and "shipped". If you have not received a confirmation but the payment is made your order will sent to the address you entered. If the payment is not fulfilled, you can place the order once again. Unpaid orders will be automatically deleted after 14 days.

Adjust, return or cancel your order: 

Delivery addresses, phone numbers and recipient names can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices or adresses since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our third-party couriers. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to modify your order after it has been placed. However, you may definitely cancel or change an item in your existing order as long as it has not been shipped yet. In that case, please send us a request to cancel your item immediately. 

Returning your order is not problem at all, as long as the product isn't worn/damaged/neglected in any way or meets the criteria below. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. After we accepted the return, you must ship the return order within 30 days to Wolfstone. If all is well after we received and checked the returned order, you will receive a full refund for your initial purchase included shipping. The costs for return shipping will be payed by the customer.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective on delivery, I cannot accept returns from:

- Custom and personalized orders

- Perishable goods (such as food and flowers)

- Digital goods (such as digital prints)

- Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)

Conditions for return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the diminution in value.

Delivery time:

Delivery within the Netherlands will usually arrive after 1 or 3 business day(s). Delivery to Belgium is on average 4-8 business days. Inside the EU it could take up to 2 weeks. Outside the EU it could take up to 4 or 5 weeks. Please know that when you have ordered a custom piece, delivery times may be a bit longer. We will contact you about this. 

My parcel didn't arrive:

We ask if you could patiently wait up to 5 business days after the promised delivery date. Shippers sometimes have delays and we can do nothing about that. We will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as possible. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

Another address:

You can specify a different delivery address than the billing address during the ordering process so it can be delivered eg. to your work adress. You will receive the invoice by e-mail sent to you in pdf format. For this, the e-mail address is used which you placed the order. If you wish for us to wrap your order up as a present and ship it without a paper invoice, please do not forget to add this to Remarks in the final stage of ordering.


All of our artworks and jewelry are copyrighted. This means that you can't copy any item or print a piece of our artworks by yourself without asking. If you would like to share any of our pieces on social media and tag us, we would be very thankful for that. In some cases, we could choose to issue prints of a painting which you ordered. By placing a (custom) order you agree with us publishing the said jewellery or art pieces online. We are free to do this. 

Processing time:

The time it takes to prepare an order varies. For more information, see the item. Custom orders are always in consultation with the client. 

Customs and import duties: 

Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs.

Custom made items and invoices:

When a custom made item is finished and ready to ship, another invoice will be sent to you. We will only ship out your custom order after said invoice is paid in full. On the invoice you will find the date on which the invoice is sent and the due-by date. In most cases this will be 14 to 30 days.
