Do you want to know what your ring size is?
There are different ways to easily and quickly determine the correct ring size. The first method is to measure your own ring, the second method is to measure your finger and the last most simplest method is to measure a ring size with a ring meter.
Measure your own ring to determine your ring size.
Take a well-fitting ring and measure the diameter of the inside of your ring. This is your ring size.
For example: Size 18 corresponds with a diameter of 18 mm.
If you don't have a well fitted ring to determine the ring size you can measure your finger for the correct size:
Measure your ring to determine your ring size.
- Use a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of your finger. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of paper or string, not thicker than 0.5 mm. Curl it around your finger and mark the spot where it overlaps. Measure the length of the paper / string with a ruler. This is the circumference of your finger
- Use the following ring size converter chart below to determine your ring size. Look at circumference mm.
A ring sizer is a useful tool for determining your ring size accurately before purchasing a ring. It's a small, plastic device with various ring sizes marked on it. Here's how to use a ring sizer, why it's important, and why you might consider ordering one from Atelier Wolfstone:
How to Use a Ring Sizer:
Obtain the Ring Sizer: Order a ring sizer from a reputable source, such as a jewelry store or online retailer.
Measure in Optimal Conditions: Make sure your fingers are at a normal temperature, as cold or hot fingers can affect the accuracy of the measurement.
Find a Comfortable Fit: Gently slide the ring sizer onto your finger. You should feel a snug, yet comfortable fit. It should slide on easily but offer a slight resistance when coming off.
Read the Size: Once you've found the most comfortable fit, note the size indicated by the arrow or marker on the sizer. This is your ring size.
Why Use a Ring Sizer:
Accurate Sizing: A ring sizer provides a precise measurement of your finger, ensuring that the ring you order fits comfortably and securely.
Avoid Hassle: Ordering the wrong ring size can be frustrating, leading to returns, exchanges, or adjustments. Using a ring sizer minimizes this hassle.
Online Shopping: When shopping online, it's challenging to try on rings beforehand. A ring sizer allows you to confidently order the correct size.
