Handcrafted one of a kind graveyard chain Pendant in recycled sterling silver, entirely benchworked and inspired by historic cemetery chain fences, featuring four champagne zirconia gemstones and a white freshwater pearl for goth baddies, graveyard collectors and lovers of occult symbolism.

Inspiration & Story

The Graveyard Chain Necklace belongs to the Curiosity Cabinet collection. A world rooted in witchy symbolism, occult artifacts and objects that exist between historical protection and esoteric meaning.

This pendant is inspired by the spiked chain fences historically placed around graves and burial plots. Literally, these chains formed a physical deterrent, meant to block intrusion, discourage grave robbers and protect the resting place of the dead. Esoterically, such barriers marked sacred ground, believed to ward off negative influences and unwanted energies by defining a sharp, unmistakable boundary.

In this pendant, the graveyard chains are no longer fixed but suspended. The spiked chain elements hang freely, creating movement and tension. Set into four of the pointed elements are champagne zirconia gemstones, catching light like quiet sparks within the silver. A white freshwater pearl hangs among the chains, introducing a contrast of mourning purity, remembrance and ritual softness.

The result is a wearable relic: a protective symbol in motion, drawn from cemetery architecture and reimagined as occult adornment.

Crafted using in-house digital and traditional techniques: sawing, filing, shaping, soldering, stone setting, blackening and polishing. No 3D designing or printing was used in the creation of this piece.

Each link, spike and gemstone setting was individually formed and finished to ensure strength, continuity and an intentionally aged graveyard character.
