Handcrafted one of a kind graveyard chain necklace in recycled sterling silver, entirely benchworked and inspired by historic cemetery chain fences, featuring twelve champagne zirconia gemstones for goth baddies, graveyard collectors and lovers of occult symbolism.

Inspiration & Story

The Graveyard Chain Necklace belongs to the Curiosity Cabinet collection. A world rooted in witchy symbolism, occult artifacts and objects that sit between historical function and esoteric meaning.

This necklace is inspired by the spiked chain fences historically found surrounding graves and burial plots. Literally, such chains formed a physical barrier, designed to prevent intrusion, discourage grave robbers and protect the sanctity of the dead. Esoterically, these sharp boundaries symbolized spiritual protection, warding off unwanted influences and marking sacred ground that was not to be crossed lightly.

The design translates this graveyard chain into wearable form. Each pointed segment echoes the spiked cemetery links, forming a continuous protective rhythm around the neck. Set into every spike is a champagne zirconia, twelve in total, placed on both sides of the chain so the necklace remains visually alive from every angle, even in motion, without downtime.

This piece functions as a modern relic: a boundary, a protector and a statement for those drawn to graveyard symbolism and occult adornment.

Crafted using in-house digital and traditional techniques: sawing, filing, shaping, soldering, stone setting, blackening and polishing. No 3D designing or printing was used in the creation of this piece.

Each link, spike and gemstone setting was individually formed and finished to ensure strength, continuity and an intentionally aged graveyard character.
